Modded Minecraft Club

Modded Minecraft Club is expensive to run. We have a monthly dedicated server bill, along with a yearly domain fee and occasional miscellaneous expenses. As such, we accept donations through this store to keep the server alive. Every little bit helps, and we appreciate every donation, but we encourage all who are looking to donate to select a specific amount and donate that amount each month because MMCC's expenses are recurring. Although we are not a registered non-profit, all money accepted through this store goes directly to paying for the server. None of it is used for any other purpose. MMCC will also never restrict access to the server based on donations, and is fully EULA compliant.

You may donate any amount to MMCC, however, if you donate above €10.99 then you may receive the VIP rank in-game after talking to john01dav via Discord, in-game, or via an email to [email protected]. Each donation provides the VIP rank for 30 days from the time it is activated. We have a limited-time VIP rank to encourage players to donate each month to cover our recurring expenses. To make an anonymous donation, simply omit the step of notifying john01dav for the provision of in-game perks and leave the "Minecraft Username" field blank, write "anonymous donation", or some variation thereof, for those perks are visible to other players in-game.

We use Paypal as our donation processor, although donations can be made using a credit or debit card as well using Paypal's interface, even without a Paypal account. When donating via card (or PayPal) MMCC and its staff never sees your card number and other credentials; only PayPal does.

MMCC is committed to transparency with how we spend your money. As such, we keep track of all donations and all payments made using those donations. This means that, upon request to an MMCC staff member, a ledger showing where every penny of donated money to MMCC since its creation went is available, with the information of donors removed to protect their privacy.

All sales where money is transferred to MMCC, whether through this store or not are subject to the rules listed in this agreement. If you do not agree, then do not donate.

Purchase Agreement:

• All donations are final. Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of the owner of the PayPal account receiving donations.
• Donations to MMCC do not exempt the donor from the server rules. This implies, among other things, that the MMCC staff may, at their sole discretion, ban any or all donors and/or otherwise restrict access to perks. Being banned does not imply a refund.
• Donations to MMCC are donations, not purchases, and perks may or may not be provided. MMCC is under no legal obligation whatsoever as a result of a donation.
• Chargebacks and other forms of charge reversal are strictly forbidden for any reason excluding fraud reversal. You may only donate to MMCC with your own money using your own account(s), debit cards, credit cards, and other mechanisms of payment.
• If any part or parts of these terms are found to be invalid, all other parts remain in force.
